Stages of review:

1. Paper correspondence is between the authors and editorial board, also between the editorial board and reviewers. There is no correspondence between the authors and reviewers.

2. Authors should submit paper, which is complete and comply with the instruction to authors.

3. Editorial board acknowledges in receiving paper from authors within 3 days. If no response within that time, the authors are expected to resubmit the paper.

4. Editorial board provides a paper to reviewers, where the identity of the authors and the acknowledgements have been removed.

5. The reviewers are experts and competent in the field of scientific work being assessed. A total of 2-3 reviewers evaluate a paper for the same title. All reviewers are from the countries, outside the countries of the authors. The reviewers evaluate the paper using reviewer evaluation sheet within 2 weeks.

6. Editorial board receives the results of the evaluation of the reviewers. Paper declared worthy of publication that is based on positive results from 2 reviewers.

7. Editorial board informs the authors about the status of the paper after receiving the results of the evaluation of the reviewers. When the paper worthy of publication, it included galley proof prints and publication requirements.

8. Editorial board expects to paper processing time (since received by the editorial board to be accepted for publication) can be completed within 1 month.

9. Total paper and paper titles that appear in each issue are the decision of the editorial board.
